These terms apply to the EZ Bus app and camphumphreysezbus.app, provided by Momentum Apps. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Contact support@momentumapps.org with questions.
What EZ Bus provides
EZ Bus is an independent convenience guide to published Camp Humphreys shuttle schedules, stops, maps, and related travel information. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army, USAG Humphreys, or the Department of Defense. Using the app does not grant installation access, transportation eligibility, a reservation, or a guaranteed seat.
Schedules and travel decisions
Departure information is based on published timetables, not live bus tracking. Times are shown in Korea Standard Time. Routes, stops, holiday service, eligibility rules, and operating times may change without notice. Bundled schedules reflect the source versions included in your app release and may not reflect later changes.
Use the original timetable and current official notices to confirm service, especially on holidays or before airport and inter-garrison travel. Follow transportation staff instructions and installation rules. You remain responsible for allowing sufficient time and confirming your travel arrangements.
Permission to use the app
Subject to these terms and the applicable app-store terms, you may use EZ Bus for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse the app or website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, or distribute our app, branding, or original software without permission. Rights in source schedules, maps, and third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Applicable open-source license rights are unaffected.
Purchases, promotions, and refunds
Any app purchase is processed by the store where you obtain the app. The price displayed by that store at the time of purchase controls, including applicable local pricing and taxes. Promotions may be limited in time or availability.
Requests for refunds and purchase issues are governed by the applicable store policies and your statutory rights. No subscription is currently offered for EZ Bus. A purchase does not guarantee continued operation of any particular bus route or indefinite availability of updates.
Updates and third-party services
Features and bundled schedules may change through updates. Internet access may be needed for app updates, external links, reviews, and sharing through online services. Apple, Google, Army websites, and services selected for sharing have their own terms and policies. We do not control those services.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains local preferences, review-prompt milestones, support correspondence, and website hosting. Sharing and leaving reviews are optional.
Availability and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app, website, and information are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for transportation operations, schedule changes, delays, or missed connections outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, Momentum Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app, website, or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be described on this page. For support or questions, email support@momentumapps.org.
