This policy explains how Momentum Apps handles information in EZ Bus and on camphumphreysezbus.app. Contact us at support@momentumapps.org with privacy questions or requests.
Information in the app
EZ Bus does not require an account, request your location, or include advertising or analytics SDKs. Published schedules, maps, and fonts are bundled with the native app. We do not operate a server that receives your saved stops or app usage history.
The app stores saved stops, your clock-display preference, and local review-prompt milestones on your device. Review milestones include the first-use date, recent days of use, completed timetable visits, and the last review-request date. They help avoid asking for a review too early or too often. These counters are not transmitted to Momentum Apps.
Reviews, sharing, and purchases
If you choose to leave a review, Apple or Google handles that review under its own policies. The app may request the platform's native review prompt after repeated use. We do not receive your star rating or learn whether you completed the prompt through the app. Public store reviews may be visible to us and other store visitors.
Sharing EZ Bus opens your device's share sheet with the app website link. You choose the recipient and service. The app does not access your contacts or automatically send messages. The selected service's privacy practices apply.
App stores handle purchases, payments, refunds, and purchase records. EZ Bus does not collect your payment-card details.
This website
This website is hosted by Netlify. Normal web requests may include your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and request timestamps. Our hosting provider may process this information to deliver, secure, and maintain the website. Its processing is subject to its applicable service terms and privacy information.
We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration, newsletter forms, or nonessential cookies to this website. Fonts and images are served from this site.
Support and external links
If you email support, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain relevant support records. Do not send passwords, payment information, orders, or other sensitive personal details.
Opening an Army source link, an app store, or another external site connects you to that service. Its own policies apply. Platform backups may include local app preferences according to your device and account settings.
Use, disclosure, and retention
We use information we receive to provide support, operate and secure the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf. We may disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.
Local app preferences remain until you remove saved stops or clear app data, subject to platform backup and restore behavior. Support correspondence is kept only as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain related records, or meet legal obligations. Hosting logs are subject to the hosting provider's retention practices. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can remove individual saved stops in the app. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local preferences according to your platform; device backups may retain copies. Your operating system or store may let you control in-app rating prompts and backups. You can use the app's offline schedules without visiting this website or external links.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information we hold, or to object to processing. Send requests to support@momentumapps.org. We may need information to verify and respond to a request. We cannot retrieve device-only saved stops or review milestones.
Children and policy changes
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it. We may update this policy when the product or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version; material changes will be described here.
